Mark Henry Joins AEW: Big Loss for WWE


WWE Famer and Former World Champion, Mark Henry has joined as a new member in AEW (All Elite Wrestling) today. Henry was announced and made an appearance at Sunday’s Double or Nothing PPV event. He will serve as an analyst on the new AEW show, Rampage, that premieres in August on TNT.

The announcement of joining in AEW was made during the Double or Nothing PPV event. In the event, Henry walked out on the stage to acknowledge the fans. Henry is a former world champion in WWE. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018. Many people thought that he would return to WWE in some form or fashion.

Tony Schiavone took to the ring before the main event of Double or Nothing. He was giving a hint about the company’s upcoming Rampage show on TNT. Then he said that they have signed a very special analyst for that show who will also be a coach for the company. Then he introduced The World’s Strongest Man, Mark Henry.

Mark Henry will be a part of that weekly AEW program. This will make fans to watch AEW Rampage show which will start from August 13. The reason behind why he left WWE and joins AEW is unknown. AEW make us to wait until Friday night for him to speak on the decision.
