Omn vs SCO: Oman and Scotland will go at each other again in a space of few days, but this time the format will be different. Scotland, who defeated Oman in the last T-20 match of the 6 match series to clinch it, will be looking to continue their victorious trend against the hosts. The 1st One Day International of the 3 match series will be played at Al Almarat Cricket Ground in Oman.
If the T-20 series ignominy wasn’t enough for Oman, the one-day series could turn even more ugly for them. The hosts were well beaten in the shortest format of cricket and their struggles could get even worse going into more elaborated formats of the game. Even though Scotland, themselves, aren’t the most experienced One Day International side, they are still much better when compared to budding Oman.
