The Seventh season of the popular reality show Bigg Boss has commenced on 1st October 2023, hosted by great actor Kamal Haasan. After many rumors, 18 official contestants entered the house including Bava Chelladurai, Cool Suresh, Pradeep Antony, etc. There will be two houses this season which were introduced for the first time in Bigg Boss.
Bigg Boss 7 Tamil will be telecast on Vijay TV at 10 PM on weekdays and at 09:30 PM during the weekend. Kamal Haasan will attend the weekend shows to give comments on opinions on contestants for their performance. And the elimination also took place on the weekend. Apart from TV, live streaming of Bigg Boss 7 Tamil is running on Disney+ Hotstar.

In this case, the first promo of today’s Bigg Boss show was released at 9 a.m. In the first promo, 6 contestants Raveena, Vinusha, Nixen, Aishu, Ananya, and Bava Chellathurai are sent to another house called Small Boss as the contestants who did not impress Vijay Varma who is the first captain of the house.

Every week six housemates will be selected by the captain and sent to the small house, those 6 must follow the following rules.
- Small housemates are not allowed to visit the Bigg Boss house,
- Do not participate in any task,
- Do not go shopping,
- Bigg Boss housemates choose a three-course menu, which small boss contestants have to cook,
- House cleaning and bathroom cleaning of the Bigg Boss house is done by Small Boss contestants
