Binance, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges globally, has launched an innovative program to enhance security on its peer-to-peer (P2P) platform. The “Anti-Scam Ninja” initiative encourages vigilant users to report suspicious behaviors and scams, contributing to a safer trading environment for all. In return, participants receive rewards in the form of USDT tokens.
Unmasking Scams: How the Anti-Scam Ninja Program Works
1. Identifying Scams
The Anti-Scam Ninja Program targets various types of scams commonly encountered on the Binance P2P platform:
- Fake Customer Service Representatives: Scammers impersonate Binance support staff to deceive users.
- Fake Receipt Scams: Fraudsters manipulate transaction records to trick unsuspecting traders.
- Fake Binance Emails/SMS: Bogus communications claiming to be from Binance aim to steal sensitive information.
- Chargeback Fraud: Scammers exploit payment reversals to defraud sellers.
- Parallel Order Scam (Triangle Scam): A complex scheme involving multiple parties to manipulate trades.
2. Reporting Suspicious Activity
Users who encounter suspicious behavior can submit reports via the Binance Survey form. Include your email address, Binance User ID, and supporting evidence. The Binance P2P team reviews all reports within 28 working days.
3. Rewards
For each verified report, participants receive 5 USDT in token vouchers. Additionally, the top three “Super Ninjas” with the highest number of verified reports earn an extra 50 USDT each.
Strengthening Security Together
By actively participating in the Anti-Scam Ninja Program, Binance users contribute to a scam-free environment. Remember, vigilance is our best defense against fraud. Stay informed, report suspicious activity, and let’s make Binance P2P safer for everyone.
